Professor de Moerloose is a member of many executive committees, evaluation and advisory boards, including:
- Executive Committee of the XXIII International Congress of the World Federation of Hemophilia
- President of the twinning between Lebanon and Geneva medical centers for hemophilia
- International Committee for antiphospholipid antibodies standardisation
- Président of the Congress of the French Society of Hemostasis 2001
- Advisory Board for the XVIII Congress of the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis 2001
- Vice-President and chairman of the State of the Art book for the XXI Congress of the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis 2007 (Geneva)
He is also a member and regular reviewer of many editorial and advisory boards including The Hematology Journal, Journal of Thrombosis, Haemostasis and Hématologie. He serves on numerous medical societies and committees.
b) National:
Vice-president of the Swiss Hemophilia Society
Rotating president of the Swiss Hemostasis Club
Responsible with professor H. Bounameaux for the annual edition of Angiology & Hemostasis of Médecine et Hygiène
c) In the University Hospital and the Medical Faculty of Geneva
Responsible for the 6th year of Medical Studies in the Faculty of Medicine
President of the Laboratory Commission
President of the group for the fusion of all Hospital Laboratories on one site
Member of the Committee of Equipment

Professor de Moerloose also supervises more than 15 students theses in all manner of Haematological areas.
