Giampaolo Perna

Giampaolo Perna is a Medical Doctor, Psychiatrist and obtained the PhD in psychiatry. Currently he works at San Raffaele Hospital where he is the vice-chief of the Anxiety Disorders Clinical and Research Unit. He has a long academic teaching experience and currently is the Associate Director of the International Master in Affective Neurosciences ot eh Universities of Maastricht (Netherlands) and Florence (Italy), Assistant Professor for the Residentship Schools of Psychiatry and Neurology at Vita-Salute University (Milan), Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Psychology of the State University of L'Aquila (Italy). He was the founder and is the chief of the web site www.anxiety.it. He has been include in 2001 Marquis Who’s Who in the World. He is one of the most significant researchers in the field of anxiety disorders having published more than 65 articled on peer-reviewed international journals.
