He serves on the editorial boards of Critical Care Medicine, Journal of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, Harvard Health Letter, and the Women's Health Watch. He formerly served on the editorial boards of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Nutrition Reviews, Journal of Nutrition, Journal of the American College of Nutrition, and Obesity and Behavior.
