Dr. Ragni is a member of the Medical and Scientific Advisory Board of the National Hemophilia Foundation, the GCRC advisory board, and serves on several editorial boards. She serves as ad hoc member on NHLBI Hemostasis & Thrombosis study sections and holds a number of other positions including:
- Member, American Society of Hematology Government Affairs Committee and Development Task Force;
- Fellow, American College of Physicians;
- Member, Hemophilia & Thrombosis Research Society of North America, Secretary and Executive Board (1994-97)
