Raimund Erbel

Professor Raimund Erbel is currently Director of the Department of Cardiology at the University Clinic Essen.

His research interests include coronary arteriosclerosis, microtechniques in cardiology, non-invasive coronary imaging, clinical epidemiology of coronary arteriosclerosis, myocardial bridging, pulmonary hypertension, aortic dissection, echocardiography.

He is Editor of Herz Journal and on the Editorial Board of Zeitschrift für Kardiol, Current Cardiology Reviews, and Journal of Cardiac Failure.
