Patrick Ray is emergency physician in the Medical and Surgical Emergency Department of Pitié-Salpétrière Hospital, Paris.

Dr Ray is currently associated to the French Society of Emergency Medicine (SFMU) and the French Society of Intensive Care (SRLF). He has published several articles about acute respiratory failure or acute dyspnea, especially in elderly patients, with evaluation of B-type natriuretic peptides.
